On 7 November 2012 the change in segment of all securities of IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG from the regulated market to open market quality segments was completed. Thus the bank is not” listed on the stock exchange” within the meaning of section 3 para. 2 of the German Stock Corporation Act (Aktiengesetz – AktG) anymore, so that the obligation to provide a declaration of conformity pursuant to section 161 AktG has ceased. As a consequence IKB does not provide updates of the declaration of conformity during the year and new declarations of conformity anymore.
