These "public programme loans" represent funds furnished by state-owned development banks and channelled through IKB. Earmarked for specific investment projects, the interest rates charged on these loans are partially subsidised.
When analysing your investment plan, we examine the possibility of employing low-interest, long-term resources from one or several such programmes in order to put together an optimal financing package. Drawing on our experience in applying for such funding, we take responsibility for the application process and for conducting negotiations with the relevant institutions.
