IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG supports the Corporate Governance Code and its targets. The code helps us to realize a responsible management and monitoring of the IKB Group, aiming at achieving a sustained increase of corporate value.

The authorized representative for Corporate Governance at IKB is Mrs Christina Wolff, head of Central Legal Department and Secretariat of Management Affairs.
